Planned Parents

Planned parents is when a male and female are married, then decide to have a child and raise that child together.  No more single parent, wherein a child is brought into this world and raised by only one parent.  Paradise will require you to be married and show that you are proficient enough to have children.  You will be required to obtain a license.  Sounds harsh doesn’t it?
